Founded in 2007 by soccer star, KEISUKE HONDA, HONDA ESTILO and subsidiaries is a sports management company with operations in 2 business segments: Talent Representation and Soccer Management.


KEISUKE HONDA is the founder and visionary of the HONDA ESTILO Co. Ltd. and HONDA ESTILO USA, LLC. KEISUKE HONDA is considered the thought leader and visionary of Japan’s new generation and was named Nikkei Business and Nikkei Business Online “Change Makers of the Year 2014”.

KEISUKE HONDA has produced 5 youth academies and 1 professional club. The youth academies are SOLTILO FAMILIA SOCCER SCHOOL (Over 60 schools throughout Japan with over 3000 students from ages 4 to 12; projected to be a large scale soccer school by 2018), S.T. FOOTBALL CLUB, STFC. Partida, SOLTILO FC. KIKUGAWA, and SOLTILO FC. The philosophy behind the school is to encourage students to have a dream. S.T. FOOTBALL CLUB, STFC. Partida, SOLTILO FC.   • Yasuhiro “Yasu” Yamakawa, M.B.A, Ph.D., Senior Advisor

    Yasuhiro “Yasu” Yamakawa is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at Babson College. He received his Bachelor of Laws from Keio University, obtained his M.B.A. in Strategic Management from Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management, and completed his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship at the School of Management, University of Texas at Dallas.
